WoW Freakz spell link: Searing Totem
Bug description: 1. Totem's Searing bolt isn't correctly affected by caster's hit rating.
or
2. Spirit to Hit Rating conversion isn't correctly working for the totem and It's only recieving hit benefits from Hit Rating only.

It's more likely a general bug for non-permanent pets or minions: they don't inherit the caster's hit chance.
