Bug description: its shouldent work on cc like sap gouge blind polymorpehd fear . but its work and its bad bug. its just work on rooted like frostnova or all slow and other rootes .
and the other bug : if i cast blizaing speed when i have a blazing speed buff all of slowing movment speed shouldn't work on me. but its dosn't work and i slow with slowing movment effect like https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=45524&&name=chains-of-ice and this bug make a shit from blazing speed.
Proof: its clearly i think no need proof

sorry for my bad english.its not difficult to understand.
when i CC(crowd control) like stun or gouge or sap or blind or fear or etc ... ,i can use this talent (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=108843&&name=blazing-speed) and this is a bug its shouldn't work on cc,its should work on root or slow or nothing.
and for the other bug explain:
when i use this talent i get a buff for 1.5 second , when i have this buff all slowed effect shouldn't work on me but on freakz version its work and this is bug too.
is that comprehensible?

While the player has Blazing Speed he should be immune to slow effects (but not roots). Also this spell shouldn't be usable while CC'd (stun, disorient etc.)
