i did cleared cache and did not help...

Also Book on that house is bug, Doesn't work as an innkeeper when you complete the whole chain

Weird random issue... added an extra fix, to award the items when you open the containers (so even if they're empty, you still get them)... about the innkeeper part, the event doesn't work properly (the quest chains were fixed, but the "this is your personal farm" part is not scripted).
