Now that you added scenarios, would be nice to be able to do 15 hc scenarios per week to get that bag also or both scenarios + rdf.

Doing 15 RDFs in a week is hell if you play a dps-only class or just refuse to tank/heal.
15 scenarios should be fine considering their length and the fact that there are no role requirements.
