Bug description:
1. BASE DODGE VALUES
At level 90, all classes should have a base dodge value of 3%, except for Hunter which has a negative modifier. This negative modifier is already implemented on Freakz but I don't know for sure if its value is correct.
These are the dodge values for all classes currently on Freakz:
Death Knight
- 3.66%
Druid
- 5.09%
Hunter
- 0%
Mage
- 3.51%
Monk
- 5.77%
Paladin
- 3.65%
Priest
- 3.25%
Rogue
- 0%
Shaman
- 1.76%
Warlock
- 2.12%
Warrior
- 3.76%
All of these values were tested after removing all auras from the character. As you can see, some classes have more than they should, others have less or none at all.
2. DODGE FROM AGILITY
In MoP, all Agility based classes (
Feral / Guardian Druid
,
Hunter
,
Rogue
,
Enhancement Shaman
,
Windwalker / Brewmaster Monk
) should receive Dodge from Agility. According to this post here
https://code.google.com/p/simulationcraft/issues/detail?id=1195
we should receive 1% dodge for every 951.158596 points of Agility. Currently you receive more than that, as you can see in the following screenshots:
Feral Druid with 5.09% dodge, no auras, no gear - 99 agility
Feral Druid with 6.11% dodge, no auras, one piece of gear that grants 725 agility - total of 824 agility
According to that formula, I should've received 725 / 951.158596 = 0.77 dodge, but I received 1.02.
3. DODGE FROM AGILITY DIMINISHING RETURNS
Dodge received from Agility should be affected by Diminishing Returns, the same way Dodge or Parry Rating is affected by DR. I'm not sure if this is implemented on Freakz, but I made a few Retail comparisons and you can see the results below:

Any proof for base dodge amount 3% for all classes? And what is the negative amount for hunters ? (currently it's -5.45%)
Also, dodge DR is already implemented, not sure if it's correct or not.. only after we fix base dodge & dodge from agility we can see if it is correct or not

Here it doesen't say anything about 3% for all class... all of them have a different value
PS. there are just 2 hotfixes since patch 1.3... so this should help you fixing the dodge rating via agi and w/e u need more!

That page received no update since WoTLK, except for the info that dodge got removed in WoD.

The idea behind this is that you should not have any of your attacks get dodged/parried in PvP against caster classes if you are expertise capped, which is 3% in MoP. From this, we can assume all classes should 3% base dodge chance. This however is not true at this time on Freakz since you can find your attacks getting dodged or parried by priests, for example, when having 3%-3.5% expertise. A general google search about "mop pvp expertise cap" would clarify and hopefully prove this.

1. Base dodge fixed
2. Dodge from agility fixed
3. Diminishing seems to work ~ok (not 100% formula but dodge from agility DR exists)
