Bug description: I was on an alt and got rewards from this, but on my main (Nocturnos), I cannot seem to get rewarded for this.

I know that you can get reward from this only if you're a tank, or a healer and you're joining alone to a dungeon, i mean, you're not in a party

Nu ti se pare logic? Sunt prea putini tanci si healeri care dau join. Mai tot timpul sunt in asteptare 3 dps si lipseste un tank sau un healer sau ambele. Ca tank sau ca healer este de-a dreptul plictisitor, mai ales cand dps-ul e varza (undeva sub 20 k dps), mai de iti vine sa dai quit la mijlocul dungeonului, sa nu stai pana maine pentru 40 de justice amarati. Iar daca e wipe, pe cine crezi ca da lumea vina? in nici un caz pe dps-ul de cacao. Healerul e de vina, sau tankul ca "nu stie sa tankeze cum trebuie"...adica ce daca a tancat instanta asta de 1000 de ori ...ati luat wipe, deci clar el de vina.

Iar ca fapt divers, la bagul respectiv, iti pica un flask, sau potiuni de viata/ mana sau mancare.

If the questions are in english why do you reply in romanian, like they understand what you said there...?
The point is, as I translate laanah's explication, you get the bag only as a tank or healer becouse this roles hardly join RDF and there are always 3 DPS waiting for a Tank/Healer or both.
That reward is meant to motivate tanks & heaers to join and reduce the time in queue. And you only get the reward if you have no party/premade so you can help the others do dungeons.
