[DUPLICATE] [Druid][PvE][PvP] Wild Mushroom: Bloom

Bug description: Unable able to bloom a https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=145205. Also the visual of any previously placed mushrooms still persist after planting a new one. Do note that I'm using https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=146654
Proof:

Previously planted mushrooms still have a visual, notice there's like 4 other shrooms there:

Same happens to me, i loose like 2-4 M Hps in raids
