Bug description: sometimes it puts the debuff on me instead of the enemy
Proof: havent got a screenshot yet, I dont know what triggers it so i'm never ready.

It's because of the T13 4p set bonus

Yeah, what tudor said. But its an old set that no one will use and is useless to waste time to fix it.
T13 4p dps applies the colosus smash debuff on the caster instead of the target and has 6% chance instead of 13% as the tooltip says
