Galleon bag loot

Details: (optional) Well. I finished the galleon weekly quest. I have gotten the same 496 chest 4 weeks in a row. I open the bag and im so happy i got an upgrade the 496 boots dropped from the bag. I press "w" on my keyboard the bag disapears from my inventory and the loot was deleted. One weekly quest that finally dropped something good down the toilet. basically the container/bag disapears if the loot is "canceled" somehow

it doesnt show on armory activity feed because the bag issnt epic quality but, I have done the weekly quest. I dont have galleon bag in my inventory and i havent looted any item from the bag(check activity feed).

There is no proof that exactly the boots dropped but if I could atleast get a new bag. or the quest reset.
