Bug description: When you use any kind of Fear effect that causes the player to run away, they will often (visually) stand in place for a few seconds (and sometimes for the full duration of the fear), while in reality they're in a totally different place.

This happens shortly after the player's been feared, and after a few seconds the player will either "teleport" to his real location or move very quickly towards it. Note that the player that has been feared can see himself moving around normally, but the others can't.

Fears that move the target a few moments after it was affected by the fear, "teleporting" the target to a new location.
The target sees it as a fluent movement but the caster/enemies of the target see him like blinking from a place to another.

Fixed. Made a possible fix, please test it, there could be no effect at all. (cause i cannont test it on dev realm, happening only on genesis -)
