What would you like to see from English zone?

Good day, everyone!
I would like to open a discussion for you guys to share your opinions and give your suggestions in order to make English zone more popular among the community.

Here are few points to cover:

What would you expect to see in this part of the forum (subforums, categories, topics, information)?

What should be done for English zone to be more user friendly for new players on freakz?

Large portion of Romanian players speak English fluently, what do you think will push them to be more engaged with the international playerbase?

If you have a suggestion don't hesitate to drop it. I will do my best to check on each and every suggestion and parse it to the staff in a timely manner.

@alexthewarrior1: I have checked almost every guide out of curiosity and they are pretty decent. Maybe RO guides should be splitted from EN ones, but I already noticed that and added it to my suggestions.

I would like to see more english guilds but this doesn't depends from you so.........You already made the english sections more dynamic , I think it is fine for now .

I heard the Cold knights is somewhat back , so you have an extra alliance guild option except midwinter since ominence is dead ( i think ? ) , horde still has the same options

Hmmm, nothing brings a community together like contests :Þ

Funniest screenshot from ingame, Art based contests, simple things maybe, like most helpful player of the month, funniest player, etc.. :Þ


Might also make people more interested in helping out, from what i've seen people on here are very nice and helpful but I personally would like to see those people in the light they deserve a shoutout :Þ but again it's easier said than done, not sure how we'd go about measuring their (Helpy'ness?) :Þ

Maybe make a comic strip contest, where you can either draw or use ingame screenshots, and text bubbles, or something


Either way a good old fashioned small contest, like best joke or something like that with a small price.

Anyways just a few ideas not sure how well they'd work in the end but yeah c:

Not sure if this is for the "English Zone" but I'd love to see a public or Looking for friends/group in the Teamspeak chat, been on there, the global one is muted, and everything is for guilds, I feel like it would help getting new players to team up and get together, only problem would probably be spammers or something, but we got the mute function for that until a mod comes and kicks them.


Now if there is a public channel and I'm just blind then yeah I apologize :v

Thats related much more to Öpinions and suggestions" catergory. However I believe it will be way too messy if its opened for public discussions. Gotta remind you that you can create temporary channels with your friends.

Lots of players give guides for class guides etc...as you already have class subform just rearranged and tell them to post their...
For example : I m new on server...I want to know stats priority , rotations , etc for Druid class...
It's natural I go on class discussion topic - Druid subform.

But their is sticky for each thing, ask and you get respond in 24 hrs or so...

So my suggestion is those who post good guides(in English) put them on their specific class...this way everyone can easily reach to their guides and also those who try to learn new class can go through it and learn...

I guess guides posted by players should be in their specific class
I guess their should be trash clean up for old cata stuffs on class discussion topic...post which are not needed...should be removed.
