nu o sa mearga niciodata cu council. cu dkp-uri ai ceva palpabil ca sa dovedesti ca ai luat itemul pe merit. daca s-ar baga council unii playeri ar fi favorizati, iar celor defavorizati 100% nu o sa le convina si or sa-si puna intrebarea : <<cu ce e x-ulescu mai bun ca mine de primeste el itemul?>> si asa se va da vina pe ofiteri si pe cei care decid la cine merge itemul
