Just as a note... all achievements are account wide as they said. It's what makes it less annoying to deal with alts.

Here's another link. Note how it has multiple instance achievements. Note how some are "multi requirement" achievements. Such as needing to get various instances.

I'll use http://wow.gamepedia.com/Cataclysm_Dungeon_Hero as an example.

If you get all but 1 criteria on 1 character, and complete the final critera on another, how does it make sense that you do not have the achievements on both?

Achievement : Eye of the Storm Veteran

Problem : I won today in Eye of the storm and it still says i have no victory there.

PS: When we went to Pandaria my bg achievement progress reseted to 1 so i have to start earning the wins again.

Problem : Also i won a game in Arathi Basin today and i had 37 wins there but after the bg it says i have only 1 win.

For account-wide achievments :if you earn an anchievment you should earn it on ALL characters on that account.(edit:ok,all achievs are account wide)
Also,the progression any characther should count for the account-wide achiev.

We're Not Retreating; We're Advancing in a Different Direction @HoR is not working, probably because of the missing Skyfire part of the script. Just finished the fight in less than 5 minutes and nothing happened.

Silvershard Mines bugged achievements :

Wowhead link : Five for Five

Problem : As you can see i have 5 carts controlled and 0 deaths and the achievement didn't activate.

Problem : I had both the berserking and restoration and the achievement didn't activate.

Problem : None of the 5 set of tracks count for the achievement.

Wowhead link : Mine Mine Mine!
Problem : Killing enemies while defending the mine cart doesn't count for the achievement.

Wowhead link : The Long Riders
Problem : This achievement won't activate after you successfully capture it without losing control .

Wowhead link : End of the Line
Problem : This one also doesn't work.

Wowhead link : My Diamonds and Your Rust
Problem : This achivement won't activate after you win without letting the enemy team capture a mine cart.

The only achivements that seem to work are Silvershard Mines Victory and Silvershard Mines Veteran
