you can dodge blind with rogue's evasion , for example

That's why I said what I said. Remember reading it on elitistjerks... Sadly I couldn't find the link, sorry.
What I recall is that Blind could only be dodged with Evasion at the beta of MoP but it got fixed to not be avoided.

Offtopic: Just make sure you press those keyboard buttons hard so it hits or you Blind first, haha

Blind is ranged attack, on cata evasion gave only 25% chance to dodge but now on mop u have 100% dodge, btw about dodge blind without any evasions it can happen on all the classes u try to blind,it's some kind of random bug or maybe if u have let's say 5% dodge from gear u have 5% chance to dodge the blind wierd..
