Bug description: Aparent nu primesti runic power cand folosesti Empower Rune Weapon si Necrotic Strike. Inainte de eventul de aseara am descoperit de e buguit dk-ul. Am incercat pe ambii dk ai mei si am vorbit si cu altii. Sunt buguiti toti.

Confirm se poate verifica foarte usor pe dummy . Se pare ca cineva a cautat sa dezavantajeze clasele aseara /clap
