[FIXED] [Druid][Restoration[Passive] Living Seed

Bug description: Living Seed nu se stacheaza tot timpul. Am observat ca merge bine doar in Arena in Preparation mode(edit: nici aici nu merge tot timpul), dupa ce incepe iar nu merge cum trebuie.

Nu imi dau seama de la ce e exact, dar am mai vazut unele chestii:

Dupa ce il stachezi pe tine si dai un crit pe altcineva se "muta" valoarea de la living seed de pe tine pe persoana respectiva si se reseteaza dupa ce buff`ul de living seed de pe tine dispare. Nu stiu daca acea valoare e doar visual sau nu. Asta e un bug diferit care nu ar trebui sa se intample.
