Details: (optional) : The short version goes like this . On 18-19th of October I was away from home , when I logged on today 19th (around 20 : 30 ) i found my account "cleaned" , meaning someone managed to get my account details and took away all the gold ( around 400k ). And yes I do have a secret question , I dont have the IP lock active .

Is there any solution to this ? ... Thanks in advance for the help

We can give some item refunds if needed but when it comes to gold we cannot help you in any way

I dont need the gold back, thats not the problem . I just want to find out who did it and maybe you can take the right decision regarding to his actions.

Your account is your responsability and such data is confidential. More than refuding missing items I can not do anything for you

Wow ... lots of help . Thanks . So if I hack your account and steal everything from it than I am sure you ain't gonna do anything about it .

I wonder if I get the same answer when I want to buy stuff worth 500 euros on the freakz shop as well . (it's your money its your responsability I dont care if you dont know how to buy or not)
