I dont understand one thing -> Paladin T14 Retribution 4P Bonus - Reduces the cooldown of your Avenging Wrath ability by 65 sec. I didn't found anything about +10% dmg increase for seals.

that was for 5.1

in next patchs with spell changes avenging wrath cooldown reduces to 2Min and T14 Ret 4P changes to +10%dmg for seals & judgment

same changes happen to T10 ret pala in cata...

or other change apply to t13 pala in mop bcs of removing zelatory
