Bug description: The initial rejuvenation heal doesn't benefit from mastery. It should.

[Skip to 5:20] The druid has the mastery buff up as he casts the first rejuv, the next time it ticks it heals for the same amount, proving that the initial heal is affected by mastery.

Fixed. Also fixed another issue, Harmony should also affect Tranquility and Efflorescence @ Swiftmend since those spells are also considered periodic healings
