Bug description: in unholy spec you should have 20% less cd on deathcoil but is the same like the others specs have

Blood specc, 20% of 40 is 8. 40-8 = 32. It should have costed me 32 if what you said was true.
Next time activate the other specc, don't just look at it, because your passives might influence the spells.
