Mother Kashur was the mentor of Drek'Thar and from what i remember Thrall became the chieftain of the frostwolf clan after he learned the truth about his origin from Grom , and after the founding of Durotar and him becoming the Warchief he named Drek'Thar chieftain of the Frostwolf clan once again . So my answer is Thrall .

Emperor Shaohao was the last Emperor of Pandaria . He had to purge himself and imprison Sha of Doubt, Despair, Anger, Fear, Hatred, and Violence beneath the ground and give his life in order to save Pandaria

Emperor Shaohao, he had to face 4 Sha Doubt, Despair, Anger and Fear and be not overwhelmed by them. And he had to sacrifice his own life to buy time for pandarens to learn how not be overwhelmed by those 4 sha.
