Bug description: PVE Vendors like Commander Oxheart (64604) still selling their stuff for Valor Points ... however they should cost Justice Point now ( accoirding to your Developement Plan- https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Mists-of-Pandaria-Current-status-and-Development-Plan-t325944.html)

Give it sometime to change since its only been a week since 5.2 Content launched. They will be updated accordingly

Those items were available for Justice in patch 5.4 and not patch 5.2. We currently have the correct items/prices @ vendors.
