Bug description: Bracers should get a random enchant on them with secondary stats, like haste, crit, mastery etc.

Can confirm on freakz currently no random enchantment
Proof :- http://www.wowhead.com/item=95732/caustic-spike-bracers click on wow head link and you see the random enchants.

This is probably a general bug regarding random enchants.
I believe Shocker fixed this a while ago but it was probably just for cataclysm items Thinking
