Quel'Delar's quest chain

Hi

Character Name: Reule

Item Name & ID: Tainted Quel'Delar 49879 http://legion.wowhead.com/item=49879/tainted-queldelar

Details: I was on this quest back in the cata ex:

And after my char was inported to MoP, the required item was gone from my inventory.

I tryed to go to the quest giver to try to abandon/re-accept but after abandoning he didn't have any quest to guive.

I'l like to know if i could get the item to keep going with the quest chain.
