Shocker, ce cred ca vrea sa spuna Seyrox in posturile lui e ca in decursul a 3 minute, cu haste, petul a dat 32 de Cleave'uri cu energy regenul respectiv. Iar fara haste, numarul de Cleave'uri este egal ... deci energy regenul este la fel cu sau fara haste.

E ceva legat de energy regen (ex : impul nu ar trebui niciodata sa ramana fara energie si sa mearga gen langa boss sa dea melle hits , ori ataca prea repede ( cel mai probabil ) ori nu e bun energy regenul ). Presupunand ca aici ar fi varianta atack speed nici ceilalti minioni nu au energy regenul pe care ar trebui sa il aiba.

P.S. : desi nu imi amintesc nici o schimbare in patchnotes, problema ar putea fi ca suntem pe 5.4 iar gearul nu ofera haste-ul care il obtii in SoO.

@shocker nu cred ca se updateaza automat, cu meta gem procuit parca e la fel enery regen si meta gem-ul da 30% spellhaste

Only issue I could find is this: energy regen was ignoring haste auras/other bonuses, it was only taking haste rating (from items/etc) in consideration, fixed.

I don't think there is any other issue with it, so I'm going to consider this issue fixed. Please make a new topic with new math calculations if it's still wrong
