[FIXED] Capacitive Primal Diamond damage for hunters

Bug description: The damage is too low

Even if my trinkets or weapon enchants proc' the damage should be way higher

the formula is 280 + 75% of ap as nature damage so i should hit for ~45900 without any proc on me

@Shocker it could be that it takes our melee attack power instead of ranged ?

- At 5 stacks, fires a Lightning Strike, which deals [280 + 75% AP] Nature damage. This is considered a ranged attack for Hunters, and a melee attack for everyone else.
- Base proc rate is multiplied by an additional coefficient:

@ Shocker can you look at this ? It's quite annoying because it's affecting hunters only ....

Can you show a print of your melee attack power when proccing? It might be calculating from melee AP instead of ranged, just want to see if it's true.

Fixed, it was indeed using melee AP instead of ranged AP for hunters
