Bug description: Does not procc if the attack is absorbed, making it virtually useless for Blood DK.
Proof:

Pulled the whole room, got no proccs. Pulled 40 monkeys and I had no proccs, and the item should trigger when I recieve a hit.
Look at the buff uptime. Just look at it.

Such sad story, confirm, needs to be able to proc from hits even if they are absorbed.

Found the issue, was not exactly related to absorbs. Should be ok after next restart
