Might be a visual bug from an outdated addon. Mine is working fine.

I have not been able to find anywhere that it should NOT cost 1 chi. The tooltip says it costs 1 Chi. I've looked through the monk patch notes of 5.2... nothing.

If you have any proof that it should be free (although I doubt that) please post it.

Brewmaster Training. Try disabling ALL of your addons before trying to Tiger Palm again. If that doesn't work, try respeccing again.

Spell is working according the tooltip. Brewmaster TigerPalm cost 0 Chi. Windwalker/Mistweaver TigerPalm cost 1 Chi.
