The puzzle does not involve correlations between words and the letters I've written. The single, capital letters actually have a bigger meaning.

My hint would be to start the puzzle from "I would like to try again.". Think what this could mean, and while thinking about this, throw the information from the first three lines, and google should do the job from there.
