Medivh was in essence a good guy, given birth by his mother only to continue her work, as a Guardian of Tirisfal, an ancient line of protectors bestowed with great powers to do battle with the agents of the Burning Legion.Although nobody knew it, The Prophet was possesed by The Dark Lord,Sargeras, even before he was born; this leading to the opening of the Dark Portal, the invasion of the orchish horde and to the first war, in the aftermath Medivh is slain by two of his closest friends:Lothar and Khadgar.Yet long after the Second War he appeared to deliver a warning of a looming apocalyptic threat; he managed to convince Thrall and his horde along with Jaina who was leading the Lordaeron Expeditionary Force(aka the only survivors of the onslaught led by Prince Arthas on his kingdom) to sail far east, in the land of Kalimdor,where they shall forge an alliance with the ancient race of Kaldorei to make a final stand at the World Tree aganist Archimonde and the Burning Legion, this prooving that he is a good guy and tries to fix his mistakes during the time he was possesed.
