Bug description: Censure DOT is not dealing the corect amount of DMG that it should,not only when it reaches 5 stacks,but per single stack also,i am well awear that the dot DMG is scaled around your mastery,as you can see below according to my curent gear and mastery,per tick at 1 stack it shoul deal around 9.130 holy dmg but it merely deals around 1.988 holy dmg,proceeding at 5 stacks it deals around an average 16.829 holy DMG per tick ,not only that it deals small DMG that how it's supposed to but this dmg of 16.829 is also increased by 30% from the Inquisition buff

To make it easier. If it should deal 10k per stack OVER 15sec. In 15 sec u got like 5 ticks for 2k dmg. (tick every 3sec before haste)

About right for me.

It works fine. With 0 haste you would have 5 ticks of 1826, that meaning you will deal 9130 over 15 seconds for 1 stack. The damage scales correctly to 5 stacks also.
BTW mastery has nothing to do with Censure.
