Bug description: SoC should have a spell power ratio on the damage cap required to make it explode.

Here's the mention about it (Under AoE tab of the guide) :

Translation :

It should be noted that when you land a seed of corruption with multiples procs and better gear, it will be harder to detonate it because the minimum amount will be greater and is according to the following formula :

1,346 (+126% character's current spell power)

For exemple :

If SP = 25k -> 1,346 (1,26 * 25 000) = 42399
If SP = 35k -> 1,346 (1,26 * 35 000) = 59359

From 5.4.0 no sp coef in order to detonate from wowhead in 6.0.1 got changed

I rather believe blizzard failed with the tooltip in patch 5.4. There are no mentions in the patch notes of Seed of Corruption getting any changes regarding detonation requirements for 5.4
