Bug description: 1 nu reduce la fiecare cast de lava burst cu 1 secunda cdu la ancestral

In 2min 22sec am avut 47 de LB, deci 38 de LB au redus cd la ascendance. Celelalte 9 au fost de la Echo of the elements care il aveai si tu cand ai testat (si care nu ar trebui sa reduca cd).

Fara Echo am avut 2:25 si 35 de LB => toate LB au redus cd la ascendance.

acum testez si fara echo ......bonusu procuie din mastery cel putin asa facea pe blizz

Bring (video) proof of how it is/was supposed to work on Blizzard and its behavior in guides or dps tests in pve. As I have explained to you in-game, I have not experienced MoP on Blizz and thus, never got to use the 4p bonus to get a taste of how it works, so I can't actually make a bug report on this; mostly because I do not know to what extent mastery and echo reduce the cd of Ascendance. Please look into it and do not activate voicemails unless you have anything concrete.

Bugged characters are a myth.

eu la testele mele am avut si 76 de lb castate sau proc mastery si tot am trecut de 2 minute sa resetez ascendance ....
