Bug description: The voodoo gnomes deals 10-11 damage with lighting strike and 1-2 dmg with auto attacks.

The gnomes don't attack the target if I attack it . They attack only if I hit the target and then I stop hitting the target. I can't make any video to show this but it's easy to test it. Also , the thunderhawk from hunter 2P tier 15 deals 1-2 dmg with autoattacks.

It is a cosmetic thing, they should do 200 dmg so dont put effort in reporting a bug about it.
Voodoo Gnomes are mostly for flavor; they deal ~200 damage before armor per hit. - Wowhead

Because they can be exploited easily from this damage.

As stated above, they were never intended to deal massive damage. Also, Burebysta explained it quite clearly why we will not increase their damage.
