[FIXED] [paladin][holy] Beacon of Light vs. Eternal Flame HoT

Bug description:
eternal flame ticks, heal the beacon as when only one holy power consumed
in fact, if you heal your target, with 3,2 or 1 holy power, the Eternal flame Ticks heal the target similar amount
but beacon should heal for 50% of the amount eternal flame tick healed...

Proof:
i did a test
i put beacon on myself, and casted eternal flame on a friendly target...

eternal flame with 3 holy power:
Healed Target for 80k
Healed Beacon for 40k
tick Healed Target for 12600
tick Healed Beacon for 2100

eternal flame with 1 holy power:
Healed Target for 25k
Healed Beacon for 12k
tick Healed Target for 4000
tick Healed Beacon for 2000

as you see eternal flame tick on beacon heal the same with 1 and 3 holy powers... did this test many times on different players.... was the same...

i couldn't capture and post video as proof, and i don't have exact source, only spell tooltip, so if holy pladins are here, help to improve this bug report

this one is most important bug in holy paladin...
realy needs more attention from players and GMs
please put a bit time on it...
if you fix this, tanks and hplaies will owe you
