Bug description: when it's Hp is under %50 he flies and don't come down.

Confirmed. Also u can kill him with enuff dps(510 ilvl is enuff to solo).

Basically, what happens is that he breaks the platform, you fall down and some red dragons catch you (and you automatically mount them), they're the SAME dragons used for the quest called "Aces High!" which is done in Coldarra, Borean Tundra at lvl 80 or so. You pretty much finish the fight this way? I've never done this on retail, but I do know there is such a phase.

Nope, you can't use this item except oculus.

I can confirm that. If you have enough DPS you can kill him b4 he goes up. But if he goes up in the air the script gets bugged and he remains in the air and untargetable.

Retail Fight in WotLK
You will need some ranged spells/class to kill the NPC's that spawn in the flying discs. But they should go to the ground if you taunt them, in Freakz they don't. When you kill the NPC on the disc, you can use it to kill the others NPCs who are in the air. Also as phil777 said

Yes it's the same dragons with the same spells, but these ones appears when Malygos break the platform and you auto-mount up them. And that's all the fight.

Where did I mention Occulus? -.- This is about a quest that's OUTSIDE the instance (and whose vehicule doesn't even work), It has ZERO connection whatsoever to the Occulus drakes. -.-

This is a known old bug but malygos is 100% killable get like 3 or 4 dps and just nuke him better if you can get Timewarp or Bloodlust if your lacking the damage

He meant you can kill it with 3 or 4 dps on 25. You should be able to solo it or at least have 1 more dps to help you on 10

Yes you cannuke him alone, but if you can afford to kill him you have like 3-4 seconds to loot him, after that he expires and you can't get the loot if you wasn't fast enough...
