[FIXED] Alani the Stormborn bugged

Bug description: I farmed the 10 shards i made the crystal, here's the proof that i had the crystal http://imgur.com/ortawuY i used on the boss the boss hitt me once here's another proof on that
http://imgur.com/FmGNvBB and then just reseted.
This is B.S i spend a lot of time farming those shards.
Can a GM please help me

As far as i know, i've done this boss on PTR and everything was fine.
Actually i managed to kill the boss 2nd time, but i guess things changed since then...

What happened the 1st time?

Also the moment you use the crystal on him he should stay on you until either you or him are dead, not reset after 1 hit.

The first time i died

it was that mana problem that warlocks had on destruction, but the 2nd time i put the voidwalker to tank her and it went ok, i could kill her.
After i used the crystal she started to attack me.

I dont think the Kipling the mob is gona be a problem i took 250k of his HP in two hits and i didnt ușe the elemental or mirrors because i hâd dome issues in the past with others rare mobs after they killed either the mirrord or elemental they resetez.
The point is i didnt do anything wrong and spending all that time farming is really hard.
I Hope a GM can help me eith this crustal or mount

Well given the help i received on this matter (none so far) i went and farmed another crystal, but i'm not gona use it on the mob until a GM tels me he fixed it.
Also when you use the crystal on Alani the crystal should take 20% of his life down on Freakz it doesn't. This was done to prevent unwanted tagging.
I'll use this on the mob when a GM is with me and if it resets again then i hope he can fix it and either give me another crystal to try again or the mount.

Hello , I have checked the script and the NPC resets only if he is OUT OF COMBAT for 10 SECONDS. So you either blocked the visual between you and the NPC or you did something to get him out of combat

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !

Well he wasn't out of combat but there was tree branch at one point betwen us maybe that was the problem he was LOS with me wich is funny cuz i saw him walking throught o mountain once. I know trees LOS.

So after i read this i waited for him on a nice flat ground with no obsacles in any direction and this time it worked (had a video ready in case it didn't).
Irony he also droped a skyshard.
