Bug description: I've made earlier post about Confirmed Bug on Daybreak not triggering Illuminated Healing. Now it's almost fixed BUT if I cast Holy Shock on someone else Daybreak doesn't proc IH on myself(paladin).

Proof: http://imgur.com/a/ApHXC Check buff in upper right corner, two screens before and after releasing Daybreak.
