Never Received Items purchased from AH

I was going through the AH purchasing under priced items. I ran across multiple ilvl 496 items. I purchased the items, gold had been removed from my character, but never received said items. I am uncertain to the exact name of everything I bought, because it was several of them, searched by price points through auctioneer. The gold was withdrawn around 4PM Eastern Time February 21st, 2016. If you can help that'd be amazing. If there's anyway to get you more information I will, but I'm refraining from giving a specific item in fear of being wrong. Thank you for your time and patience.
