WoW Freakz spell link: Enchant Chest - Glorious Stats
Bug description: When you switch your chestpiece and re-equip it you do not gain +80 stats. Only a relog will re-apply it. This basically means you need to relog each time you switch gear/spec.

Confirm.
Also, VERY IMPORTANT, the bug affect and the enchants on WEAPONS. This includes all enchants(dancing steel , windsong and even the disarm ones).
If you for example switch the mh and oh weapons, the enchants on both of them don't proc or don't apply the effect of tooltip.
You must relog every time you change your gear.

Please post a separate bug report. Btw, you don't need to relog, just re-equip item
