Bug description: Fulmination and Flametongue Weapon are affected by Echo of Elements, even though they should not be.

Also, overloads can be affected by Echo of the Elements as well.
These are the only spells that cannot be duplicated:
Unleash Wind and Unleash Frost (however, Unleash Flame can be duplicated)
Searing Totem
Lightning Shield (including triggers from Static Shock)
Fulmination (the initial Earth Shock can be duplicated, but the Fulmination aspect cannot)
Weapon enchant procs (Flametongue Weapon, Frostbrand Weapon, Windfury Weapon)

how do u know it wasn`t an elemental overload proc?

Overload should affect Echo of the elements and vice versa .

I remember times when I was getting 4-5 lava bursts out of 1 casted.

You guys are offtopic
It is exclusively related to EoE.
Overload does NOT currently proc from Fulmination and Flametogue.
It is ONLY the mirror of the spell which does 100% damage. It does not proc often, as it would if it were to be casted from overload.
I currently have 76% mastery and it seldom procs, that because it's the talent, not mastery.
