Bug description: mastery nu procuie din echo of elements (spells care ar tbui sa procuie fiind : lightning bolt / lavaburst/chaining light /elemental blast)
ar trebui sa fie cva de genu :
1 cast lb>eoe proc original spell> mastery proc original spell>mastery proc din eoe >eoe proc din primu mastery proc

Uhm... your mastery is not a "proof". Post a recount from a fight and show that there's no mastery proc from echo (hard thing but if you still want to get this confirmed...).

I've done a few tests having 90% mastery. Here is what I've got:

Three Lightning Bolt hits.

Three Elemental Blast hits.

Two Lava Burst echoes in a very short period of time.
Now, if you use an addon like MSBT it will merge your Echoes into the initial spell. If you get a separate Elemental Overload procc, it is displayed differently.
Let's take a closer look at the 3hit Lightning Bolt.

Initial hit was 84k. Mastery procced off it, hitting for 63k. Then Echo procced off the mastery, hitting again for 63k.
Nooooow let's take a look at a typical chain.
Casted Bolt -> Mastery Bolt -> Echo Bolt (6% chance) -> Mastery Bolt -> Echo Bolt (6%)
I believe it is working FINE for the initial 3 parts of the chain. I've never got more than 3 hits at any given time.
I didn't test Chain Lightning because it's a total clusterf*** and spams my combat log like mad.

You cast a spell
EoE procs off that spell
Mastery procs off that spell
Mastery procs off EoE
EoE procs off the initial mastery (verry low chance to happen but should be possible )

4 blasts in 1 hit can't just be overload of overload of overload. It works fine, invalid bug report.

After a few more minutes of spamming Lightning Bolt, I finally got 4 hits.

Initial -> Echo -> Mastery -> Echo
It's working as intended.
