Warlock green fire quest

Hello everyone,
Does warlock`s green fire quest work here? I saw an option to buy green fire for warlock in premium shop, so does it mean it cannot be completed here and the only way to get green fire is buying it?

Hello,

The quest item drops and the quest-line is working as intended.

The quest item has a 0.01% drop rate and the mobs who drop it can be found on the Isle of Thunder.

You linked the same link twice.
At that drop rate is impossible to get it considering the elites are beign farmed by a lot of people, so you can get the codex by donating but unfortunately you cannot do the questline if you do it.
