Bug description: 3% HP per sec 5k HP ? no tihs talant bugget for warrior 3% life per sec 10-15k hp

battle fatigue ?

for a hero with 500k HP

3%=15K per sec

then battle fatigue this phase is 55%

15k*(1-0.55) = 6.75 k per sec

as you see its correct

That's battlefatigue, if you enter in combat with other player, your heals will be reduced.
Also, in arena Second Wind is affected by Dampening.

5.4.2 pach its warrior pvp pach - im play pandaria 4 year mb gonna stack stamina sokets 500k live no no no just stop spam stuped coments....... its suck talants in Freakz server for pvp

thats not stupid spam its just a example for those like u don't want to use their brain

because warrior is op in this patch battle fatigue should not affect ? keep calm and google things .........
