Bug description: Once again,Prayer of Mending's healing is low.I felt like the healing is too low,so i checked how much priests used to heal with it during MoP on live and it's nearly doubled.

I checked almost every single mending.

PoM Crit in Video: 86k
PoM Non-Crit in Video: around 47k

PoM Crit on my priest: 54k
PoM Non-Crit on my priest: 27-28k(31-34k with dominance/jade)

Edit: I found topic introducing the exact same bug and as far as i remember it used to work properly after the fix.

Note: All PoMs in the video / my screenshots were triggered using Glyph of Prayer of Mending (60% more for 1st tick)

I'm not sure if that's footage from season 15 or season 14.Even if it is not from Grievous,it doesn't make any sense and it's retarded to actually heal 27k mending with glyph and as you can see in the video linked in my old post,the priest heals for 27k in Malevolent without glyph (5 stacks rather than 4,plus no Grace stacks)

@patch 5.0.1...(the nex formula change is in patch 6.0.1) but what is that $pctH i know the $SP is spell power i quest the *0.571 is Battle Fatigue....
so your calculation (((5919 + (26000 * 0.571)) * $pctH )) then +60% glyph ---- but what is that $pctH

with your 26k SP you should hit 33224 (non crit and no prosc) without including that $pctH and with glyph(+60%) IN PVP battle fatigue included...

ok, im back so $pctH is the amount healed, heal + heal from mastery.....in my case at 26771 SP (with inner will ) and 16% heal from mastery the formula is:
[((5919 + (26771 * 0.571)) * 1.16)]

[((5919 + (15286.241)) * 1.16)]

[(21205.241) * 1.16]

24598 + 60%(from glyph) = 39356 (non crit NO procs) and in photo nr1 i hit only 31859 (7497 lower)

if we calculate without the mastery we have 21205.241 +60%(glyph) = 33928
SO the problem is the MASTERY that is not included in calculation but still something is missing, normal should be 39356 without mastery should be 33928 but the real is 31859

in your calculations you didnt take in consideration PVP Power and Battle Fatigue 55%.
Your math is done totally wrong since Spiritual Healing is nowhere added.
It should be like this:
[((5919 + (26771*0.571))*1.16*1.25]*1.6*1.43*0.45 = [(5919+15286)*1.16*1.25]*1.43*1.6*0.45 = 30747*1.43*1.6*0.45= 31657
where 1.16 = Mastery; 1.25 = Spiritual Healing; 1.43 = PvP Power; 1.6 = the glyph; 0.45 = 1-0.55 => Battle fatigue.

It's the last time i'll do the math to prove you wrong so before you post any bug just make sure it is a real bug.
