Bug description: This gliph reduces the cd on 10 sec, but on server is only 5 sec

The thing is, your PvP 4P set piece reduces the cooldown of your Thunderstorm by half. I see nothing wrong here.

PS. Don't you think an knockback antigapcloser on a 12 second cooldown would be a bit overpowered?

So we script spells based on what we think or how it should be? That spell should work like intended ..it is not for us to say it is'' overpowered knockback antigapcloser'' ..on oficial servers they cut 5 seconds to from a class spell? .. i dont think so.corect me if i'm wrong. No need to be an *** about it. The glyph works as intended, the 4p pvp set is working as intended. You have 45s reduced to 35s by the glyph and after that you get 50% reduced cd from the 4p to 17.5s.
You were asked to bring more blizz proof and you just added a useless comment.
