Bug description: Everytime you cast one of these spells, its gives you Vital Flame, after 14 seconds its gives you vital spark. Its shows only when water elemental its on.

That's because your pet has the Blaze of Glory debuff from Baleroc.
Intresting as it is, it shouldn't procc from those spells as they aren't healing spells.
