Actually if you can only see rating or mmr of teams playing average PvP player will think like this " Oh look 2k mmr that will give me decent amount of rating, i should get my team and que" . Right now its like (dumb example) " Oh those players are good and their comp counters me i won't que i'll just spectate"

Everything it's okay until someone queues with a Gandalf in any team composition...the perfect example would be windwalker monk/mage/rshaman ~ 21-2 @ 3s early grievious,everyone was scared of them even if the windwalker monk usually dies in an average of 10 seconds....Few days ago i queued WLS with an alt warrior and made from 1790 to 2028 in 25 minutes vs counters like tsg,kfc,turbo cleave and i still have + 75% winrate on main 73% on alt playing retarded comps .
It really dosen't matter if you counter a comp you can still win if you can outsmart them, the thing you can't outsmart it's mage damage , without the mage interfering on 5 alts it would be a lot hard for the new carried "top players", i'm not talking about the old ones.

Only thing I'd change about spectate NPC is to make it show player spec instead of name. The other day I wanted to spectate some windwalker and had to guess which game to check.

I agree with Ravenous on this one, I believe that dodgers are dodging specifinc player/s, not comp and they will do this with or without spectate NPC. In 2s anyway.

dodgin will always be there. snipe.. not so much .. it will be anoyng to keep looking at your friend list to snipe someone

arena spectator is only thing why I come sometimes on freakz, just to spectate few players that I like how they play ).

spectate is a fun tool for most players, i personally don`t spectate much but it`s a great feature, dodge/snipe will occur with friends list too so it doesn't matter.

As raven said , you can leave 2v2 spectate as it is , however for 3v3 you can change it to show only mmr it will be harder to snipe/dodge, since teams will need to que atleast 1 match to know who's playin`,and maybe with this players will start playing horde again because it's harder to dodge/snipe horde team if u play ally and vice-versa.

^this. You can also stalk players via site, get them as A/H friends and dodge them, lol. You don't usually dodge a specific comp, mainly 2 - 3 players that are better than you and in a better team composition than yours.
