Bug description: Simply i can't harvest the ripe scallions after i put some water for the growth.(Genesis)

This issue is with almost all the plants.
Already made a bug report for them here https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Plants-Harvesting-t416707.html
Shocker moved it to that section so maybe it will be fixed soon
