[FIXED] [Item] Bad Juju is not procing after the last fix on it

After the recent Fix on Bad Juju its not procing at all heres a video of 1min dps and no proc i can upload a 6min test with no proc if needed. It doesnt proc for hunters im not sure for the rest of the classes.

Well today is friday and most guilds are gonna do raids since there was a reset and its a gigantic lose for agi users classes. It doesn't proc at all. I have dpsed dummy for 17 minutes and not a single proc happened.

Procs , BUT it took abit longer than before ( roughly 1min and 30 seconds this time ) , maybe its because both of you are hunters and it doesnt count ranged attacks after last fix ? just a supposition anyways try to use traps / melee the dummy and see if you get any chance to proc it.

We are kinda trying everything but still no procs :/
It seams its only a hunter problem for now cant get any rogue that has it to test it or druids :/

Seems to be proccing only for melee attacks now. I just equiped a random melee weapon and it procced on a first hit.

For me it procced after 5 minutes of hitting the dummy.
Most likely it has something to do with this: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/RPPM-Trinkets-t413181.html although I'm unsure whether it should be like this or not. I read on wowhead people complaining of low procs in the comment section, but that's not good enough proof though.

After first proc i waited for it to stack up to 3.4 , which is the max , normaly at that point it used to insta proc ( even from lightning shield when i get hit lol ) now it took 1 min+ or more , somethings off .

Ok so pretty much that. After not proccing it for 10 mins I went on a dummy and tried to dps with a bow and using spells, I equipped a sword and it procced from a first MELEE hit.

I did about 200M damage on dummy just with auto attack and I had no proc from it.

100 mil done on dummy no proc. it can easily be viewed that i only had bad juju as a trinket equiped.
